Terms of Service

xO is in early access. By signing up you acknowledge that the platform is under active development and may contain bugs, downtime, or breaking changes. These terms will be revised as the platform matures.

1. What xO is

xO is a multi-asset prediction and trading interface covering crypto, stocks, sports, AI tools, music, real estate, and more. The xO Wallet is a self-custody wallet you control. xO does not custody your wallet assets.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and 2FA codes safe.
• You are responsible for keeping your wallet seed phrase and password safe. If you lose them, your wallet is unrecoverable.
• You agree not to share your account or use it for anyone else.
• You must be the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use xO for unlawful activity, market manipulation, abuse of other users, or to violate sanctions or AML laws in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. No financial advice

Prices, indices, and signals on xO are for information. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trade at your own risk; markets can lose value.

5. Self-custody risk

The xO Wallet stores your private keys locally. xO cannot recover lost passwords or seed phrases. Back up your seed phrase before depositing any meaningful amount.

6. Service availability

xO is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee in this early-access phase. We may change, suspend, or remove features at any time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xO and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from use of the platform — including but not limited to trading losses, lost keys, downtime, third-party service failures, or breaches.
